6-Figure Focus is operated by Laura Jeffery Consulting ("we", "us"). For any privacy enquiries or requests, please contact us at laura@6figurefocus.com.
This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use the 6-Figure Focus website and application. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions. It does not cover the practices of third-party providers such as Stripe, which have their own privacy policies.
We process the following categories of personal information. This list describes the categories we typically process and is not exhaustive:
You provide account, business profile, North Star, planning, ideas, sales, check-in and reflection information directly when you set up and use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
We also generate usage and activity information needed to operate the service, such as completion information and records of actions you take within the app. This is used to provide and maintain your account and the service features.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, you are directed to Stripe's payment environment. Your full card details, bank account details and CVC codes are handled by Stripe and are not received or stored in the 6-Figure Focus application database. We store billing metadata returned by Stripe, such as customer and subscription identifiers, price, currency, billing interval, status and subscription dates, to manage your access.
We use your personal information to:
We rely on the following lawful bases where appropriate:
We do not claim that consent is the lawful basis for every part of the service.
The service produces one optional, cached AI reflection for a completed calendar month. Daily and weekly plans are not AI-generated. The AI input currently consists of structured operating metrics, such as days checked in, business hours planned, average start-of-day energy and focus, completed Focus Tasks, ideas activated, sales outcome counts and estimated won value. Your end-of-day free-text reflections ("what are you most proud of today" and "looking back, what would you do differently") are stored as your member data but are not supplied to the monthly AI reflection at launch.
The AI service is provided through the Base44 platform's managed AI integration. We do not name or warrant a specific underlying AI model or provider, and underlying technical providers may be used by the platform provider to deliver the AI service. We have not independently verified that AI inputs are never retained or used for training by downstream providers, so we do not claim "zero retention" or "never used for training". AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not sell member personal information. We share information with the following categories of providers where appropriate:
Some of our infrastructure and processors may process information outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards are used where legally required, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism. We do not state that a particular transfer mechanism is used with a particular provider unless we have verified it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Safeguards we apply include:
We do not claim end-to-end encryption, zero-knowledge architecture, unbreakable security, or specific certifications unless independently verified. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
While your account is active, we retain information as required to provide the service. After your paid subscription ends, the retention period described below applies. Limited records, such as subscription and consent records, may be retained or anonymised where necessary for legal, accounting, compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.
After your paid subscription period actually ends, your account becomes inactive and your retained account data enters a 90-day retention period. During those 90 days, you cannot access the product, but your data is retained to support possible reactivation. If you reactivate with a valid subscription during that period, your retained data can become available again. Once the 90-day retention period has expired, the active retention cleanup process deletes your member application data or irreversibly anonymises it as appropriate. We do not promise deletion at the precise second 90 days elapses.
You can separately choose to Delete Account from Settings. This removes your member application data, disconnects it from you, anonymises or pseudonymises limited retained records where required, and initiates Stripe subscription cancellation according to the existing subscription behaviour. Because of a platform limitation, the underlying Base44 authentication or login account may remain within Base44's authentication infrastructure even after your 6-Figure Focus application data has been removed, but it is disconnected from the deleted application records. We do not claim that the Base44 login account itself is deleted.
Residual copies of deleted information may remain temporarily in provider-managed backup systems until they are overwritten or removed through normal backup rotation. Such backups are not intended to remain available as active member data. We do not promise an exact backup-deletion timeframe.
Under UK data-protection law you have the following rights, where applicable:
These rights depend on your circumstances and the lawful basis for processing. To exercise any right, please contact us at laura@6figurefocus.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We cannot promise that every request will result in deletion where legal retention obligations apply.
Service and transactional messages necessary for your account, payment, security, support or service operation are sent as part of operating the service. Marketing emails are sent only where there is an appropriate lawful basis or consent, or where otherwise permitted by applicable electronic-marketing law, and they offer an unsubscribe mechanism. You cannot opt out of essential transactional or account messages while maintaining an account.
The service may use essential cookies, session and local-storage technologies required for authentication, security, account and session state, and service functionality. We do not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will provide the appropriate notice and consent mechanism where required before using them.
6-Figure Focus does not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on members. The deterministic scheduler and optional AI reflection provide organisational support and suggestions. You remain responsible for your business decisions.
6-Figure Focus is intended for adults aged 18 and over using the service for business purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. The current version will be published with its last updated date. Your continued use of the service after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised notice where permitted by law.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Notice or wish to exercise any of your data-protection rights, please contact us at laura@6figurefocus.com.
