6-Figure Focus is operated by Laura Jeffery Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 6-Figure Focus website, application and related services (the "service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
These Terms set out the agreement between you and us for your use of the service. They run alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle personal information. If anything in these Terms is inconsistent with the Privacy Notice on a data-protection point, the Privacy Notice prevails on that point.
6-Figure Focus is a business-planning and business-operating software service designed to help you organise and prioritise your business activity. Depending on the features available to you, the service may help you set a 12-month Focus Year and revenue target (your "North Star"), plan your working hours, organise your day, manage a Focus Queue and Top 3 priorities, record manual fixed commitments, keep an internal calendar, park ideas in a Holding Lot, track sales opportunities and follow-ups, review patterns, complete an end-of-day reflection, enter monthly sales figures and receive an optional AI-generated monthly reflection. The service may evolve and improve over time, and we do not promise that every feature will always exist in exactly the same form.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a subscription contract to use the service. The service is intended for adults using it for business purposes, and we do not knowingly target children. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, protect access to your account, maintain the security of devices you use to access the service, and notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised. You must not allow another person to use your account in a way that breaches these Terms.
The service provides planning, organisational and self-reflection tools to help you structure your business activity. This includes deterministic scheduling logic that organises the information you enter into suggested working days and priorities, and an optional AI-generated reflection for completed calendar months. These are organisational aids only.
The service does not provide financial advice, investment advice, accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice, employment advice, or medical or mental-health advice. The service may suggest or organise work, but it does not take responsibility for your decisions. It is not a substitute for your own judgement, professional advice, or your independent records.
You remain responsible for your business decisions, financial decisions, deadlines, appointments, commitments, client work, tax and accounting obligations, and legal or regulatory obligations. You should independently check anything important — such as client appointments, calls, meetings, deadlines and contractual commitments — rather than relying on the service as your sole source of truth. The service may suggest how to organise work, but you remain responsible for reviewing every suggestion before acting on it. Your own judgement and common sense must always be the final checkpoint.
6-Figure Focus is offered as a paid subscription. The applicable price and billing frequency are displayed before you purchase, and you agree to the billing interval at that point. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until you cancel. Payments are processed through Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe's payment environment and are not stored in the 6-Figure Focus application database. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current. Taxes, VAT or other applicable charges may apply where legally required.
During the founding launch, membership is available at £18 per month or £180 per year. Both are automatically recurring subscriptions until cancelled. The Founding Member base subscription price remains available to you for as long as the same subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the pricing then available at the time of rejoining will apply. We do not guarantee that taxes or legally required charges will never change.
Annual Founding Members who join during the founding launch receive one 30-minute private 6-Figure Focus session with Laura Jeffery. The following conditions apply:
The session is business-planning and support only and is subject to the same professional-advice and earnings boundaries as the service.
You can cancel your subscription yourself in three clicks: go to Billing, select Cancel Subscription, and confirm. Cancellation sets your subscription to end at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain normal paid access until that period ends. Cancellation does not normally result in immediate loss of access. After the paid period actually ends, your account access becomes inactive. You do not have read-only member access during the inactive retention period.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees and partial billing periods are not refunded merely because you choose to cancel. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. The service is intended principally for business use, but mandatory rights apply where the law gives them to you. We do not say that no refunds are available under any circumstances, because rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
Cancel Subscription and Delete Account are different actions. Ordinary cancellation allows paid access through the end of your current billing period. Delete Account is an immediate data-deletion and anonymisation request and may remove your access and data before the end of an already-paid billing period. Deleting your account initiates cancellation of your Stripe subscription according to the existing subscription behaviour, but does not automatically create a right to a refund for the unused remainder of a paid period except where required by law. If you simply want to stop future renewal while keeping access for your paid period, use Cancel Subscription rather than Delete Account.
After your paid subscription period actually ends, your account access becomes inactive and your retained account data is held for 90 days so that you can reactivate your account without rebuilding it. If you reactivate with a valid subscription within that 90-day window, your retained data can become available again. Once the 90-day retention period has expired, our scheduled retention process removes or irreversibly anonymises the retained application data. We do not promise deletion at the precise second 90 days elapses. Limited records may be retained or anonymised for legal obligations, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling or compliance. Our Privacy Notice explains this in more detail.
The service produces one optional, cached AI reflection for a completed calendar month. Daily plans and weekly plans are not AI-generated. The AI output is optional support and reflection only. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate, and you should apply your own judgement before relying on it. AI output is not professional advice and should not be relied on as a guarantee or prediction. We do not name or warrant a specific underlying AI model or provider.
The name "6-Figure Focus" describes a planning framework and commercial ambition. It is not a promise or guarantee that you will generate £100,000, a six-figure income, increased revenue, clients, profit or any particular business result. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, and you remain responsible for deciding what actions are appropriate for your business.
The 6-Figure Focus software, branding, design, proprietary content and associated intellectual property belong to us or our licensors as applicable. Your subscription gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains active. You retain ownership of the information and content you enter, including your business ideas, tasks, sales notes and reflections. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to host and process that content to operate the service. You must not copy or reproduce substantial parts of the service, resell access, share paid account access commercially, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits, or scrape or systematically extract our content or data.
You may enter information relating to clients, prospects, sales opportunities, contacts or other people in your own business records. You are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate lawful basis and right to enter and use any third-party personal or confidential information. You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive or confidential information into tasks, notes, reflections or sales records.
You must not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, to harm another person, to compromise the security of the service, to attempt unauthorised access to another person's account, to distribute malware or malicious code, to interfere with the operation of the platform, to abuse automated functionality, or in a way that infringes another person's rights. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached or where doing so is necessary to protect the service, other users or third parties.
6-Figure Focus is provided as an online service. We take reasonable steps to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, technical problems, hosting failures, internet failures, cyber incidents, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may make reasonable changes to the service to improve, maintain, secure or develop it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot promise that there will never be data loss. You should retain separate copies of information you cannot afford to lose where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Business decisions and results remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, sales, business, contracts, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill or reputation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, and nothing excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. We do not apply a specific monetary liability cap in these Terms; any limitation of liability is to the extent permitted by law. If you legally qualify as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes or reduces rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms applying to your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if payment remains unpaid, if your use creates a security risk, if your use is unlawful, if you misuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will take reasonable steps to deal fairly with any prepaid subscription period and comply with applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. The current version will be published with its last updated date. Your continued use of the service after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they live under applicable law.
